Established in 1971, J.D. Lane & Sons Ltd are among the oldest and most experienced building firms in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

We have completed hundreds of successful building contracts over the years.

From minor repairs to restoring and rebuilding  period properties and old buildings using traditional materials we can cover it all: refurbishments, conversions, bespoke new builds, roofing, new housing developments and small commercial developments.

J.D. Lane & Sons are members of the FMB, NHBC, IOP and will soon be formally approved to work on old and historic buildings through the CSCS heritage skills scheme.
